The RetireU Series is a 4-part workshop series that provides all-encompassing financial education for Wisconsin employees. Once the series is complete, employers have the option to continue on to additional topics.
Our first session not only helps employees envision their biggest retirement goals, but teaches them how to plan to achieve those goals. We’ll cover financial basics and budgeting tips to help each employee reach their goal faster.
This session is meant to introduce the principles of investing and the various investments strategies available to employees.
Our third session teaches employees how to structure a retirement income stream to address their retirement wants and needs. We help them examine the risks that can impact retirement funds & how to manage assets to help provide lifelong income.
The final session covers your employee’s benefits. We review their current plan and work with them to clarify how to fit the strategies they’ve learned into other plans. We also cover the basics of estate planning, including wills, trusts, and more!
